[For those who didn't know, about a week ago AOL was having serious technical problems and closed all of the chat rooms four times within a day. I wound up the room owner of the Marylanders Over 35 room the last two times, and I still am. Zeeke and the Zombies fled and created their own room, despite my position that I wouldn't ban any room regulars.]
Both groups seem happy with the new arrangement, so I'm not sure why some from the other room persist in childish crap.
It's taken two forms so far. They come in to the Over 35 room under Sham screen names, like "Bonnies Liver." I have no idea who they are, so I ban them. The other childish form is the drive-by. They come in under their normal SN, fire a copy/paste of some ugly stupidity, and then hastily flee. The quickness used to be necessary to avoid getting banned, but I don't do that. So I have no idea why they flee so rapidly.
Below are some examples of the drive-bys. Keep in mind that these people are supposedly mature adults, most in their 40s or older. Perky, for example, has been around AOL many years, and says she's a corporate executive who's happily married. And yet, she now spends her precious spare time as Chief Spammer for the Zeeke Cult.

ReplyDeleteFor awhile I tried to understand what motivates Cindy and alikes. I once asked Cindy what's up with belitting Bonnie once. She told me in the room that Bonnie stalks her grandson. Asked her what she meant by that and she failed to explain other than to try manipulating me with do you think it's okay to stalk a baby? So I assumed there had been a transgression done to her Grandson at some point, but then kept wondering why was dropping hints about new pictures, the school he's going to, places they visit if she had a child stalker on her hand. Shook my head I mean who would use their own grandchild like that?
ReplyDeleteI've come to the conclusion that Cindy, Rose, Billy, Bonnie, and their other cohorts have crumbling lives. Billy and Bonnie are a little different they don't try to coat their lives with fairy tales like Cindy and Rose do. I've heard stories of multiple marriages, poverty, struggle to keep jobs, substance abuse issues, out of wedlock children, weight and health struggles with Cindy and Rose so I guess they need something to release their life insecurities on.
That's why they dig up information on people constantly, the need to be able to justify what they do by trying to make someone else look worse than them. Unfortunately, it doesn't get much worse than them.
I have to agree with you post 5:31 AM. Almost everyone knows when you have a person that constantly tries to belittle people as Billy and Ham do to people in the room, it is because they are trying to feel better about themselves.
ReplyDeleteIt is funny that you should mention fairy tales in your comment. I always got the impression that a lot of the room problems start with Beth, and her delusion of being a princess. The room is her kingdom, and she will protect it and use people like Billy, Ronnie, Bak, Pikle, and a few others to rid her delusional kingdom of people she doesn't like. She evens mentions that her insignificant other calls her princess. A woman that is almost 50 years old, thinking she is a princess is sad in itself. Working at home, sitting behind a monitor for hours and hours with no real social contact, doesn't help with her delusional thoughts, it just makes it worse.
From what I have seen and heard, Cindy and Rose will stalk people to the end of the earth, and for what? To find a few things about another person that they can use to belittle that person with? Once again, I agree with you, it doesn't get much worse than that. I think by now most everyone knows that Cindy and Rose are the two biggest liars on the Internet. The only people they are fooling, are themselves. It is sad that people go along with them to feel accepted, or to be part of the group.
Every time we see one of these people bash someone, we know they have some serious issues in their life.
Cindy disperately needs attention.
